Caregivers are certified aides. They must meet specific requirements before coming into your home, like passing a criminal background check and drug screening. Members of the team are evaluated yearly through our training programs on safety and other important issues.
A nurse case manager makes the initial home visit to evaluate your specific needs. After you start receiving services from the team, they make regular home visits. If there is a medical status change, like sudden confusion or a fall, the aide notifies the nurse case manager immediately.
Health Quest Home Care is part of a network that gives you access to specialized care. With your permission, aides and nurse managers share details about symptom changes with other members of your care team. These efforts help you receive timely treatments.
