    Older adults are strongly encouraged to have an annual wellness visit. While not a head-to-toe physical exam, this one-on-one discussion with your provider is covered by Medicare and includes:

    • Routine measurements of height, weight and body mass index
    • Environmental safety, depression and dementia screening
    • Advanced care planning

  • Geri-ortho program 
    Adults 65 and older who are hospitalized or at risk for acute fractures (broken bones) receive personal attention based on their condition. The skilled team also evaluates bone health for signs of osteoporosis (bone weakening).
