The Center for Healthy Aging, located on the campus of Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, New York, is a community resource for adults 65 years and older along with their families.

The Center for Healthy Aging offers:

• Geriatric assessment

• Inpatient and outpatient support

• Health and wellness services

• Community education, support groups and seminars

Supported by a full range of specialists, we are committed to helping you live as healthfully and independently as possible. We’re seeing new patients and accept most major insurances.
