We invite you to attend our programs and events regardless of who you care for or where you are located. While all programs have traditionally taken place at the Goldstone Caregiver Center at Danbury Hospital, we are currently providing programs via Zoom. Sleep and Health

For the first time, after years of research, we are now beginning to understand WHY we sleep. Research shows that the key to a healthy life is healthy sleep. Join us as Dr. Mendez reviews the science behind sleep disorders and how to achieve healthy sleep.
