Critical IlLness and Advance Care Planing

Everything You Need to Know to Better Support Your Loved One

Join Karen Mulvihill and Melanie St. Raymond as they discuss the importance of advance care planning when your loved one is diagnosed  with a critical medical condition. Learn more about advance care planning and how it empowers individuals to articulate their values and wishes regarding their medical care, especially in critical or end-of-life situations. We will further explore how to have a thoughtful discussion and document wishes which can ensure your loved one’s choices are respected and conveyed to their treatment team.
