We invite you to attend our programs and events regardless of who you care for or where you are located. While all programs have traditionally taken place at the Goldstone Caregiver Center at Danbury Hospital, we are currently providing programs via Zoom. Please view our recorded programs below and join us for upcoming programs and events.

Be Well: Care for the Caregivers 

An introduction to the components of good health and a teaching of some easy, in-the-moment stress reduction techniques that can be inserted into your day as needed. This foundation can serve as a start for a richer stress reduction practice.

Eat Well: Food is Medicine

Dr. Mueller will take a deeper dive into how food is medicine. Learn the science behind healthy food, the importance of this critical part of prevention of illness and  some easy ways to improve how you nourish yourself.

Sleep Well: The Science Behind Sleep

Dr. Mueller will turn the way we look at sleep upside down. She will discuss the  evidence behind restful sleep and supplements to help us rest and recharge.
