    Kathy Cheslok is a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of clinical experience. She has extensive experience in behavioral health working with all ages and issues related mental health and addiction recovery. Kathy likes working in a team based model to provide clients with a collaborative approach and employs several therapeutic interventions including: motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy and solution-focused therapy. Kathy believes in a holistic, client centered approach where the client provides significant input on their goals and focuses on lifestyle modifications to feel balanced and manage obstacles. Kathy focuses on integrating both physical health and emotional health so patients learn where they intersect in their own lives.


    In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities, exercise, cooking and volunteering in the community.
