What is a Behavioral Health Consultant?
Our team consists of experienced, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) who provide medical and behavioral health-focused care for problems resulting from medical illnesses, mental health related issues or substance use. Our team utilizes a special set of skills to help you and your family more successfully manage illnesses through the continuum of care.

Melissa Hopco, LCSW
Melissa Hopco is a licensed clinical social worker with over 6 years of clinical experience. She has worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults and families with a wide range of mental health or substance use challenges. Melissa also has experience providing individual and group therapy in community and outpatient settings.
She values the importance of using a person-centered and holistic approach to help patients overcome challenges and feel empowered to continue to manage challenges. Melissa utilizes a range of modalities including: cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed treatment, motivational interviewing, interpersonal therapy, psychodynamic therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
Melissa enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, traveling, reading, spending time outdoors, yoga, meditation and volunteering in a variety of ways to help her community.
