Our team consists of experienced, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) who provide medical and behavioral health-focused care for problems resulting from medical illnesses, mental health related issues or substance use. Meet the Danbury team
Iris Gilligan, LCSW
Iris Gilligan is a licensed clinical social worker with a certification in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and sherpa breath work and cold plunge. Iris has experience working with two Neuro rehab programs and has facilitated the local MS and stroke support groups for over 25 years. Iris's current focus is working with patients who have anxiety, depression, life stressors, sleep issues and SA issues. She utilizes multiple modalities including short-term psychotherapy, CBT, mindfulness, MI, EFT and breath work.
During her personal time, Iris enjoys reading yoga, hiking with friends and attending concerts with her husband.
