In her new role, Cullinan, who has 25 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, assumes leadership oversight of the Human Resources function and serves as a key member of the executive leadership team. She was promoted from her role as Vice President of Strategic Business Partnering & HR Governance, where she led the harmonization of key HR policies and processes during the integration of Nuvance Health.

“Katie’s proven leadership skills and vast knowledge of workforce development and performance management will continue to elevate the culture of Nuvance Health through a collaborative and engaging environment for our employees across all disciplines,” said Dr. John M. She previously managed large complex acquisitions, divestitures and integrations for GE Capital.

“It is an honor to advance our work and culture together with a diverse and talented group of colleagues across our health system – all whom share a commitment to make Nuvance Health a leading employer and exceptional place to work,” Cullinan said. “It is a privilege to be entrusted with this opportunity to help our staff and organization reach their personal and organizational goals.”
