We know it can be hard to be away from your loved one while they are in the hospital. Complete the patient greeting card form and a Nuvance Health representative will print and deliver your message Monday through Friday. Emails received over the weekend will be delivered on Monday.

**Please note that messages are reviewed for inappropriate content. Due to the delivery method of this, messages are not confidential. Messages are not forwarded once the patient has left the facility.**
