Nuvance Health invites you to community forums to discuss the Northwell Health affiliation

Danbury/New Milford Hospital and Norwalk Hospital invite you to online community forums in-person and online to share updates about the Northwell Health and Nuvance Health affiliation.
These forums are occurring in accordance with the Agreed Settlement between the Connecticut Office of Health Strategy, Northwell Health and Nuvance Health (Docket No. 24-32717-CON). They will involve a discussion of transition activities, acute and ambulatory care, and the most recent community health needs assessment (and its implementation strategies) and investments in Community Benefits. Northwell Health and Nuvance Health welcome community feedback.
